Cambio de hora

Cambio de hora esta madrugada: Los relojes se adelantarán una hora y a las 02.00 serán las 03.00, recuperándose el horario de verano. Así, este domingo tendrá una hora menos, en cumplimiento de la Directiva Europea que rige el denominado Cambio de hora y que afecta a todos los Estados miembro de la Unión Europea.

1º dia de la Primavera

Todo ha florecido en 
estos campos, manzanos, 
azules titubeantes, malezas amarillas, 
y entre la hierba verde viven las amapolas. 
El cielo inextinguible, el aire nuevo 
de cada día, el tácito fulgor, 
regalo de una extensa primavera. 
Sólo no hay primavera en mi recinto. 
Enfermedades, besos desquiciados, 
como yedras de iglesia se pegaron 
a las ventanas negras de mi vida 
y el sólo amor no basta, ni el salvaje 
y extenso aroma de la primavera.  
Y para ti qué son en este ahora 
la luz desenfrenada, el desarrollo 
floral de la evidencia, el canto verde 
de las verdes hojas, la presencia 
del cielo con su copa de frescura?   
Primavera exterior, no me atormentes, 
desatando en mis brazos vino y nieve, 
corola y ramo roto de pesares, 
dame por hoy el sueño de las hojas 
nocturnas, la noche en que se encuentran 
los muertos, los metales, las raíces, 
y tantas primaveras extinguidas 
que despiertan en cada primavera.

San Patricio/Saint Patrick

El Día de san Patricio se celebra anualmente el 17 de marzo para conmemorar el fallecimiento de San Patricio, Santo patrón de Irlanda. Es una fiesta nacional en la República de Irlanda y una fiesta por costumbre y no oficial en Irlanda del Norte. Hoy, el Día de San Patricio es probablemente el santoral más ampliamente celebrado en el mundo.

El Día de San Patricio se celebra a nivel mundial por todos los irlandeses e incluso por gente que no tiene descendencia irlandesa. La celebración generalmente tiene por temática todo lo que es verde e irlandés; cristianos y no cristianos, celebran la fiesta regularmente vistiéndose de verde, disfrutando de la gastronomía irlandesa la cual incluye col y bebidas irlandesas, y asistiendo a desfiles. En algunos establecimientos se vende cerveza teñida de verde para la festividad.
